Field names in Siebel to allow blank and other special characters

Field names in Siebel allow blank and other special characters. When passing them to Talend they are automatically transformed to underscores in Talend. We’d like to either present them in the original way to the user or know a way how to return to the original writing for the communication with Siebel. Furthermore we’d like to influence the sorting of field in the Schema editor.
