Description
- need to store the configuration version like what we did for component node to handle the migration correctly.
- the path of the migrated properties needs to be adapted for datasotre / dataset before passing it to the migration handler when it's a root config.
- After migration, elements parameter are not updated with migrated data so the UI has wrong values
