[component starter server] Progress is lost if web page is refreshed (F5)

    Description

      If the web page is refreshed (F5) or by other tools (external download manager for example) the progress is lost.

      Origine :

      I was creating components using starter server and when I clicked 'download as zip' all project deleted and downloading started. 
But my downloading failed due to I had download-manager enabled and therefore I needed to configure all my components one more time.
