Check migration feature and implement missing use-cases

This is to check migration support for Tacokit components.
There are 2 things which may require migration:

1. Tacokit component properties persisted in process items
2. Tacokit Configuration (Datastore/Dataset) properties persisted in metadata items

Migration should be called in following cases:

1. import process from prev Studio version
2. import metadata from prev Studio version
3. Component was patched in the same version of Studio (migration should be called on log on both for Processes and Metadata)

Currently, it is clear that migration is not working during import
