Description
Following a discussion I had today with AWS engineering, I would appreciate that you send me over the following information for your application that concerns AWS ressources it uses, or will eventually use. The questions are below.
1 - AWS endpoints/services your application consumes, whether it is [S3, RDS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, KMS, Secrets Manger, EBS, Cert Manager];
2 - the credentials used to access those, and how it is provisioned and maintained;
3 - when the service involves storage, how you organize/manage the date within (key:value structure for S3 or DynamoDB, database and the like for RDS, etc.);
4 - if you have SLOs: a grosstimate of RPS, latency, or volume ("none" if you have none) for the AWS services. "None" if you do not know yet.
I require this information (or pointers to your code, wiki, doc) so I can discuss further the multi-tenant management with AWS engineers in the context of HIPAA/GDPR/PCI compliance effort. It needs to be more detailed than what we will provide in a white paper.
Code pointers are fine as long as they are in an acceptable form that a non-Java Talend expert can read and understand it.
Hint: keep that information readily available, it will be required when your application will be audited.
