Configuration Type properties should be rooted

For now configuration type properties inherit from where the configuration was found in the components, it should be root (we can use "configuration" as forced root name) to ensure it is stable whatever the scanning order is + to get a consistent view of the data.

Ex: foo.bar.dummy > option1 will become configuration > option1
