Support After variables

There are two main kind of variables in Talend Studio:

• flow: a variable added for each emitted record. This is modelizable into the record directly so no need of a specific solution for them until we modelize the record as an exchange with headers and a body but this would require some work around to be interop with beam so not yet a real option
• after: after the data are read, another kind of record is emitted once. For stream it means for each window and for a batch it means after the whole dataset. For that we would use a side in beam and a native integration for the studio.
