Change the system of service tracking of the osgi services

Right now all the components are installed once the service bundle is started.

This will regist automatically every components when we start the studio, which is fine.
But if any component bundle is installed/started later, it will be impossible to install additional components.

It would be better to use a service tracker to regist automatically any new bundle added.
