Create module for service-rest-all-components Integration tests

For the moment we have only unit-tests in bare tcomp service.
But we don't have any tests for tcomp service with all components and production configuration.

For the moment we are thinking about creating a new module for integration tests, which will maybe use latest tcomp docker image (with other images, e.g. DB images)

I need to discuss about it with Seb, Ryan...
