Make it possible to provide to client full information about properties errors/warnings

TCOMP-component properties have field ValidationResult which is used for store error information.
But if component properties have more that 1 property with error, this information overrides.
It would be great if properties API has List of validationresults and component could provide information about properties errors and warnings to client (studio, etc.)
