Package default jdbc drivers in TCOMP

TCOMP should be packaged (and configured) with the following drivers:

• SQL Server (through jTDS driver)
• MySQL (through MariaDB driver)
• PostgreSQL
• Hive
• Azure SQL database (thorugh jTDS driver)
• Derby
• Cassandra
• SQLite

That means that, using TCOMP out of the box, plugged to a DataPrep instance, in the "Add database dataset" wizard, these db type will be available in the dropdown list (both for the on-prem & cloud releases). The relevant default values must be set for each DB type.
On-prem, means the packageed zip, Cloud means the docker image, to be delivered to DevOps.

Of course, they must be tested too.
