BOM usage to manage dependencies

Hello,

we often have component job breaking because jars are missing despite the components itself didn't change. It's not a new problem but in the old framework we could deal with it as the dependencies was set on the component itself.

Now anyone not related to component can modify the framework and change the dependencies without noticing additional jars will be in need.

To track the consistency between every components and avoid components deps clash at runtime
