Make the rest service rely on nexus artifacts for definitions

Today the rest service is launched with all the components/dataset/datastore definition on it's classpath.
In a clould environment we need to have those definition artifacts shared between the service and other services such as the BD spark job server.
So we need to remove those artifacts from the final rest service binary and implement a way to obtain those definitions from a local or remote maven repository.
