    Description

      Ability to install additional components dynamically (or reload existing configuration)
      Talend internal stuff should be able to install new components.
      Installing by Talend users is not in scope of 1.0

      Installing a component is:

      1. Add a jar on a a server in specified place
      2. Add it to classpath
      3. "Reload"/Re-read classpath
