Add some semantic to have the filesystem/format notion for IO components and web service

Add some semantic on properties (for example, file format).
The dataprep export feature would like to provide to the user a choice of Format to store the results of a preparation, then they'd like to propose some "datastore" properties for the user to choose where to store the data.
For this the "semantic" means that the rest service should provide endpoints to get access to all the available format and then to all the "datastore" or output components that support a given format.
