Automated performance benchmark tests for TCOMP components

We must BENCH Java Runtime with Bigger files.
We must also see if we can take action on the initialisation side for small files performance.

This will be part of the JUnit tests for TCOMP, we need testing framework to support this.

Additional testing might be required for the different runtime environments, but that's not the subject of this Jira.
