RE Docker-Compose is modified to accept unsecured access (for HTTP url use instead of HTTPs).

Setup of the Connection

• endpoint: http://tal-rd22.talend.lan:8084/ 
  • Might require VPN active (Talend internal)
  • Requires to activate HTTP unsecure access in the RE Gen 2

Setup of the Dataset

• Dataset is in Batch mode.

Symptoms

1. The head and random sample refresh is left hanging on "Fetching a new sample"
   1. 
2. No activity in the logs of the sample can be seen in Livy container
3. PreviewRunner sample is fetched without problem
