Context handling with tContextLoad

Context is already taken in account into sdk integration.
However, when context is fed with a tContextLoad component, this is not taken in account and action endpoints won't work in that case because context is not effectively loaded like in job execution sequence.

This is an issue with the following features in framework:

• suggestions
• healthcheck
• discovering schema
• validation
• etc.

We should integrate that context loading.
