Components can list and retrieve the supported execution environment (DI, Beam, etc.)

The first target for the component framework was Talend Studio 6.2. Not all components will make sense to deliver to every product, and components should be able to describe which frameworks they support.

The design might be by providing a Set of supported RuntimeTypes or ExecutionEnvironment enums, or a Set of String tags for matching.
