Blocker Description
1) During jib migration, an environment variable was incorrectly copy/pasted. This bad manipulation put starter image in suspend mode for debug.
2) On documentation site we have a swagger interface to test API, w/o adding cors specific headers it cannot work. Adding them to server's response headers.
3) During the year a fake release was made for testing stuff (10.57.0) but maven repository keeps that release as the latest one, thus setting release to this one in pom.xml in starter.
