    Description

      As mentioned in TCOMP-2475, we protect nested configuration types (datastore, dataset,etc.) from migrating when trying to migrate to a higher version than the one in the manager containers.
      This is not the case for top level configurations (connector's one), we should thus protect top level configurations.

          Bug - TCOMP-2475 Migration from higher version not protected for a connector
