Develop the runtime for components without connectors.

We already have InputComponentDefinition and OutputComponentDefinition. We need to develop the third type of component definition, which will provide studio with runtime, which won't need any connectors to run.

UPD. It was decided to create runtime which will be run independently from component connections.
