Link affected jira components to issue in changelog as keywords for search

Jira issue should have components linked to.
When fetching the issues for changelog generation, we should fetch those components and create links to search engine. This will return a list of articles linked to keyword.
For this, we also need to tag assicodc pages with existing components (keywords).
