See about common annotations (Spring/OSGi)

Look if we can use a single annotation to register Components and Wizard instead of the OSGI and Spring one together. (see http://docs.spring.io/spring/docs/3.0.x/spring-framework-reference/html/beans.html#beans-scanning-filters)
