Fix maven bundle plugin version from 2.5.4 to 3.x.x

Maven bundle plugin version 2.5.4 has bug:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31231453/when-using-bundle-packaging-with-maven-bundle-plugin-goals-are-executed-twice

So version should be fixed.

1. Add the plugin in the parent pom in the <pluginManagement> element
2. Remove all version in the components poms.
3. Update the archetype pom to match this modification.
