Maven goal talend-component:web fails on startup

When we launch component-server in standalone mode (ie no cloud-env), the component-server and vault-client tries to get its configuration value "talend.vault.cache.vault.url" which is not set.

As a first workaround, when launching the goal add the  -Dtalend.vault.cache.vault.url=none
