Update logos and colors

Hello, 

In order to fit with the new Talend branding, we have to update the logo and colors. 

I’ve attached the svg files (if needed it’s also on surge) — both logos are in white #FFFFFF

Please use the symbol for: https://talend.github.io/component-runtime/main/1.0.5/index.html 

Please use the full logo for: https://starter-toolkit.talend.io

It will be also great to update the colors since the blue to green is from the old branding

Please replace for the gradient the blue by this deep-blue: #19426C and the green by the new purple: #2C1F56
