String option can't set default value from a file

For TDP-5986 , the property endpoint display in salesfoce connector. The default value of endpoint is set dynamicly,
it depend on the config file, if config file is set, then use the staic default value.

It is not a text option, it's a drop-down list with proposable vlaue. it force one additional click for the user
