CVE: Snakeyaml 1.23

This part was removed from TDI team from TDI-46053

brian.he helped to indicate possible cause:
io/fabric8/kubernetes-client-project/4.1.1/kubernetes-client-project-4.1.1.pom not coming from DI components, should comes from https://github.com/Talend/tcommon-studio-ee/blob/master/main/plugins/org.talend.de[]…tis/resources/build/plugins/docker-fabric8-maven-plugin/pom.xml

From latest scan result, there is no snakeyaml-1.23 on master, it can be found on 7.3 only
