Windows Server 2016, Java 8 (JRE installed with Talend Studio).

Steps to reproduce:

Start Talend Studio 7.3.1

In Talend Studio, go to the Window menu -> Preferences -> Java -> Compiler.

Set Compiler compliance level to Java 11.

Click Apply and Close.

Exit Talend Studio.

Start Talend Studio.

Go to Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Compiler, notice the Compiler compliance level is reset to 1.8, not 11.
