Add Suggestable support for Table options (List<Row>) in Studio

    Description

      There are several requests from Component developers to have dropdown list, which values depend on components configuration. There is no special API in Tacokit component-api, which allows to update one option possible values based on another option without calling action method.

      Thus, I suggest to use Suggestable. Suggestions method will accept configuration and return the required values as suggested values. However, there is no Suggestable support for Table widgets yet.
