Arrow Icons Cover Text and Titles

After installing the R2020-12-7.3.1 Patch the new "improvement" of changing the "arrow icons" is obscuring the titles of components and subjob blocks. This is unacceptable as having the arrows being this large makes the application even more difficult to navigate by eye. This also has the added effect of making the interface even more crowded when we have large complex jobs.

This change is unacceptable and needs to be reversed or have an option of making the flow arrows smaller so we can actually clearly read text in the job.
