Steps to reproduce:

Install a vanilla 7.3.1 Studio, then latest patch (R2020-07).

Create an OSGi job with component-runtime component and export it with Build Job menu.

Check the resulting export. It should contain a MAVEN-INF and TALEND-INF folders.

In fact, it was just missing entries in module studio-full-master

There's a diff between release and the maintenance branch for the plugin org.talend.designer.maven.job

But the present jar is vanilla's one:
org.talend.designer.maven.job_7.3.1.20200218_0134.jar

Normally, it should be:
org.talend.designer.maven.job_7.3.1.20200723_1558-patch.jar

In fact, only resources items have been updated, maybe that's the reason...
