Pom not updated when change Framework

Create a simple job
Edit properties, then select another framework

After the conversion of job, check the root pom, pom is wrong.

job1
F1/F2/job2

both jobs are moved to spark streaming:
After convert both final root pom contains:

<modules>
<module>code/routines</module>
<module>code/beans</module>
</modules>

Note: everything is ok when change from the job settings view
