Add ActiveIf support for schema

This is proposal to discuss.
It is related to question whether schema should be included to dataset.
There was an idea to add both in and out schemas to dataset and add ActiveIf logic depending on component (for input component show only output schema)
This idea doesn't work for both Studio and web, because Schema doesn't have ActiveIf support
