Add new widget for choosing single value from proposed list (like Salesforce module)

API: it should be a kind of Proposable "reload" flag (boolean cacheable; if true each time value is change a server call should be done; if false a proposable list can be cached.

Product: It should be the same or similar widget as used in Salesforce for module property. Proposed values should be loaded lazily (when user sets a value).
