Property change event is not triggered when user adds/removes column in Table widget

The thing is, when TableElementParameter.setValue() is called Table EP already has new value set.
There is assumption that value is set via List<> object, but not via setValue() method.
This caused that in setValue() we observe that oldValue is the same as new and property change triggers doesn't work.
