    Description

      As was detected upon creation of TESB-11580 error messages that were created due to runtime problems may not end up inside the log file.
      This is a critical problem as it prevents failure analysis in such cases.
      While from the log files everything may look fine, errors only sent to system.err might show that there are massive problems.
