[RunConv] Handle Pipeline feedback for run history - SSE

    Description

      Objective: On pipeline feedback received from DPP, send an event from Data Prep backend to Data Prep frontend to trigger notifications and refresh the run history page (status, metrics)

      Based on Engineering output: TDP-9945 to confirm technology choice and feasibility (SSE)

      2 kinds of feedback should be handled

      • end of pipeline execution (with status SUCCESS/ERROR)
      • metrics status (containing recordsCount for both SOURCE and SINK components)
