[RunConv][Frontend] Add a function

    Description

      As a Data Preparation user with Runtime Convergence activated,
      I want to add a step to my preparation recipe corresponding to a TCK function supported by the runtime engine,
      in order to avoid selecting functions that cannot be applied during the preparation run.
