Fullrun export to S3 vias streams/hdfs with invalid filters creates empty folder

    Description

      When user performs hdfs export on a preparation with the filter "Display rows with invalid/valid values", the job is successfull but the result exported in hdfs is always a folder with nothing in it.

       

      Step to reproduce:

      1. Open an HDFS DataSet
      2. Add a Step (Uppercase for example)
      3. Add a filter
      4. Export with ApplyFilter to HDFS -> Folder in HDFS is empty

      Samr problem with S3 export via streams-runner/SJS
