[RunConv] Unmock TCK preparation endpoint

As an API user
I want to get the TCK configuration for a specific preparation
In order to feed the new Studio tDataPrepRun component and perform wider test cases compared to the existing mock.

Why?

Since implementation of TDP-10144, only a mock with a hard-coded TCK preparation configuration is available for Studio teams to test their new tDataPrepRun component.

We should unmock the endpoint and provide the real TCK configuration corresponding to a selected preparation.

What?

• Unmock endpoint to get preparation in TCK format (endpoint mock developed in TDP-10144)
• Plug this endpoint to the method done in TDP-9927

Notes: sync with TDI/TDB team to prevent impact on Studio component tests

Acceptance criteria

Given a tenant with Runtime Convergence activated
And a preparation available "prep"
When API users call the "getRunRecipe" endpoint with the preparation as parameter
Then the response contains the TCK definition of the preparation
