[Tacokit] Eventhub streaming doesn't work when checkpoint connection (Azure blob) with SAS and AD

Description:

Eventhub streaming input calls the Azure blob connection.

It doesn't work on Azure blob connection with:

'Use Shared Access Signature' and 'Azure Active Directory'.
