Description

Reproduce this issue after https://jira.talendforge.org/browse/TDI-45468

Use streaming append && Protect use password && generate mutipe sheets

Then delete xlsx file use tFileDelete，delete will fail.

This only happens in Windows, no problem for Mac and Linux.

Attach the reproduce job.
