Backport the commit (single insert query is hided) from master to branch 7.3

What we have:
Job works well with Action on Table: Single Insert Query on Nightly Patch_20210706_R2021-07-EAP_v1-7.3.1. Action on Table: Single Insert is present.

Job failed with Action on Table: Single Insert Query on Patch_20210629_TDI-46220_v1-7.3.1.
Action on Table: Single Insert is present.

What we need:
Based on https://jira.talendforge.org/browse/TDI-43795 we should hide the Action on Table: Single Insert Query for tAzureSynapseOutput component while connecting to Azure Synapse Analytics.
