Dataset certification fails when clicking too quickly on the icon in the dataset list or in the dataset detailed view

Testing env

• TDC integration env
• Firefox / Chrome browsers

Scenario
I detected both 2 issues :

• on admin@tdc-guest-1.talend.com, in datasets list, if I click on certification icons of many datasets, sometime, I will get a red toaster with error message "Certification failed - The certification of dataset customFixed failed". This issue is also reproducible in detailled sample view when you sometime try to certify dataset

• on admin@tdc-dev-1.talend.com, I can absolutely not certify a dataset (from datasets list or from detailled sample view of a dataset)

Expected
I want to certify and get certification confirmation when I certify any dataset, on any tenant, for any allowed user
