Create context menu for Tacokit node in repository panel

1. check/learn what was done by Anas

2. Check TaCoKit unvisible issue
3. Review the api of metadata for the context menu
4. Implement context menu for the icon (Tacokit node) (it may do nothing from the start)

After this task we will need to implement wizard dialog, which will be shown, when user click on context menu item. This wizard dialog will consist of Component ElementParameter (Component Properties). But I'll provide details a little bit later and separate Jira issue will be created.
