Ligthen parameters for component-server docker image

Make some parameters passed to cloud-engine images as the defaults.
Actually, the helm-chart and remote-engine are using the _JAVA_OPTS environment variable to customize some settings.
Two issues are related to this usage:

• it not an official parameter
• it's limited to 1024 characters (> are simply silently ignored).
