Provide a placeholder for classpath extensions in docker images

Goals is to add

<extraClasspath>${imageWorkDir}/custom/*.jar</extraClasspath>

in all container configuration of images when jib will support it (just need a release)

then ${imageWorkDir}/custom/ will be a mountable volume where custom jars can be placed
