Add support for entering an arbitrary string to the NAME_SELECTION_AREA/REFERENCE

This is used for the Salesforce module name and it required to support the context parameters for example.

The dialog will need to be altered to allow this value to be specified.

This implies the moduleName will not be an enum, but a string. And we have to make some indication in the widget that we want the arbitrary value to be specified. Not clear how.
